The hotel met standards, I would come here again. This was exactly the king room I wanted in Sunderland.

This place is seriously a steal! It's crazy cheap compared to other places we looked at, and boy were we happily surprised! No hassle with check-in or check-out, just a simple code for the key. The stylish kitchen and bathroom were super clean, and our room was tidy and cozy. Plus, they had the heating on already – talk about a perfect welcome! And the best part? Free wi-fi, free parking, and a strict no-smoking policy! We may have only stayed for one night, but it was absolutely mind-blowing.

our second stay in sunderland was absolutely amazing. on our honeymoon, Vacationers exceeded our expectations. no bureaucracy, just a simple code to enter the property. the clean, stylish kitchen and bathroom, along with the cozy, tidy room, made us feel right at home.

No breakfast included. No stay completed. Moved out after 1 night.

The location of this accommodation in Sunderland was convenient for attending the match. It would have been helpful if this information was provided beforehand. I also wasn't informed about the late check-in and early check-out until the day before. However, on a positive note, the lack of breakfast was not an issue for me. I would still recommend this place with the caveat that these issues should be addressed by the management.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel did not offer breakfast. This allowed us the freedom to explore the local cafes and restaurants, trying out different cuisines.

There were a few issues that affected our experience. we were not informed about the shared bathroom situation prior to arrival.
